The One & Only Outlet Mall in Penang and in the Northern Region
Design Village is an award winning outlet mall concept build on 24 acres of land in Bandar Cassia, Batu Kawan, transforming the once plantation land from Penang Development Corporation into a lush shopping haven as one of the key development in Penang’s third satellite city.
Owned and managed by PE Land (Penang) Sdn Bhd, Design Village Outlet Mall was launched by the Chief Minister of Penang and opened its door to the public on 23 November 2016. Notably, it is the first mall to earn the Platinum Award in the GreenRE certification.
