  • Assist Store Manager in assuring all department meet the substantial objectives of optimum sales turnover and budgeted inventory level.
  • Ensure all SOP of operation are in line with Company policies and followed by the staffs in the supermarket.
  • Update and keep track of the competitors merchandising, pricing and quantity of products.
  • Ensure proper maintenance and housekeeping of the of the supermarket sales floor are at its optimum cleanliness.

Customer Relations Specialist

Job Responsibilities & Requirement

Job Responsibilities:

• Attend to tenant and customers on all enquiries, complaints/feedback and problems with positive attitude and effective communication skills; ensure these are resolved quickly and tactfully.

• Daily routine counter care which includes cleanliness and tidiness of customer lounge, all service equipment are in good condition and functionable and  rental activities of all the equipment.

• Responsible for coordinating the Mall’s customer service survey activities, on-going redemption programme and contest.

• Assist in the Mall’s ongoing event and tourist privilege program as well as tour incentive program.

• Key in relevant data for compiling of different reports.

• Responsible in preparing daily reports which includes incident happens, and other operational reports, accurately and timely.

• Act as First Aider to any incident happened in the Mall.

• Provide Personal Shopper Service for shopper to shop for merchandises/products/brands that are available in the mall.

 

Job Requirements:

Marketing Executive – PR

Job Responsibilities

• Responsible for communicating overall key messages and promoting a positive image of the company.

• Day to day duties include writing press releases , liaising with local press and coordinating messaging going out on website, social media and in print.

• Develop and engage marketing department to ensure the PR campaign are aligned with all company strategic goals and core values.

Leverage existing media relationships, including broadcast, traditional and online to target the relevant demographic and reach.

• Pitch new ideas and amplify content and social concepts to propel brand awareness while representing the brand voice and staying consistent with current trends and media opportunities.

• Evaluate opportunities for partnerships, sponsorships and advertising on an on-going basis.

Participate and be the face of all social media live event including content copy writing.

• Handle all external media, agency, government and/or customers inquiries, requests and complaints.

Security Personnel

Job Responsibilities & Requirement

Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible to monitor the overall surrounding of the premises with the objective to deter and prevent crime. through CCTV surveillance and monitoring for all shopping blocks, open car parks and multi-storey car parks.

• Daily monitoring and regular rounding to ensure all accessible gates and doors are secured and no unauthorized persons are trespassing after business hours.

• Provide necessary customer service and assistance to shoppers when required, be polite, courteous when answering calls.

• Ensure the efficiency of all alarm systems and that all equipment and cameras, including radio and line communication are functioning and recording properly.

• Prepare daily reporting on any faulty/breakdown service equipment, incident and emergencies accurately and timely.

• Responsible in manning the CCTV room, be alert of any abnormal activities monitored via CCTV and report immediately for any necessary action.

• Be well versed with emergency response procedure during an emergency situation.

• Ensure all records, records, document and information are kept and updated accordingly.

• Ensure that access to the CCTV Control Room will be strictly limited to authorized staff only.

 

Job Requirements
• Possess at least Secondary education level.

Fit Out Admin

Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the administration task of the department which included proper filing of drawings, fit-out related documents and correspondence between landlord and tenants.

• Responsible in arranging meetings and follow-up meeting scheduled and meetings minutes.

• Assist Tenancy Design And Fit Out Manager in quotation form internal (procurement) and external (contractor) to ensure no disruption to the fit-out process.

• Assist in coordinating on-going fit out related work when require.

 

Job Requirement:
• At least a Diploma graduates.
• Experienced administrator in Construction firm as added advantages.
• Committed, self-motivated and dependable.

Tenancy Design & Fit Out Executive 

Job Responsibilities & Requirement

Job Responsibilities:

• Perform site inspection for all fit out works in the mall, ensuring all works are done accordance with Landlord’s approved design and statutory authorities regulations.

• Responsible in monitoring fit out progress and follow up with tenants and contractors if there is any delay.

• Ensure the concept and technical documents submission are done within the given time-frame.

• Facilitate meetings and discussions with tenants and contractors. Provide explanation of the design’s comments as and when necessary.

• Responsible for induction meetings arrangement for tenants, designers and workers.

• Assist the Fit-out Manager in preparing drawing using AutoCAD.

• Establish and maintain good Landlord-Tenant relationship, resolve any tenants’ fit out concerns and issues.

 

Job Requirement

• Possess at least Diploma in Interior Design or relevant.

• Minimum 2 years’ working experiences in the relevant area will be added advantage.

• Required skill(s): AutoCAD, Adobe Photoshop.

Accounts Executive – AP

Job Responsibilities & Requirement

Job Responsibilities

• Maintain full set of accounts including GL, Journal, Accounts Payable, Account Receivable, and bank reconciliation.

• Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting in accordance with Approved Accounting Standards.

• Ensure accuracy of invoices and other accounting documents or records.

• Perform physical stock counts and ensure inventories are accurately recorded, reconciled and up-to-date.

• Assists in monitoring and planning of cash flows.

• Prepare all relevant documents/ report for Management & external auditors.

• Liaise with auditors & tax agents on audit & tax matters.

 

Job Requirements:

• Degree/Professional qualification in Accounting/ Finance or relevant discipline.

Leasing Executive

Job Responsibilities:

• Support Leasing Manager in conceptualizing and implementing the leasing plan for the mall to maximize Mall’s occupancy.

• Responsible for all leasing related administrative works to ensure all documentation are in good order.

• Manage the lease administration through system, maintaining and updating all leasing records including Insurances, Tenants’ Staff Contact List, etc.

• Liaise closely with inter-departments for matters pertaining to fit-out, operations, and insurance including issuance of memos and requisition forms.

• Conduct checks on tenants’ outlets and liaise with tenants on follow-up matters such as merchandize mix, operating hours, cleanliness, faulty furniture/fittings, staff services, leakages, ensure rules and regulation are adhere to and resolve any tenants’ concerns and operations issues if any.

• Assist in conducting market search, in keeping up with market trends and compile information from potential prospect.

• Responsible to show prospective tenants available shopping malls’ space to lease and to response to all leasing enquiries.

• Coordination of fit-out works as and when necessary i.e. fit-out handovers and inspections, hoarding and visual installation.

• Liaise with appointed solicitor for Tenancy Agreement execution and any other legal related issues or documents.

• Possess Bachelor Degree or Professional Degree preferably in Property Development/Real Estate Management, Marketing, Mass Communication or equivalent.
• Experience within property sales and marketing environment especially in the leasing of retail lots will be an added advantage.

• Responsible for conceptualization and implementation of visual communication solution e.g banners, brochures, signages, advertisement, e-forms, newsletters, animated clips etc.

• Provide all Point of Sales Material visual design support for Marketing department.

• Effective coordination on all promotional and publicity requirements for advertisement, events & promotion, ensuring all information are accurate and up to date.

  • Assisting HR & Admin Manager in managing the daily Human Resource functions including payroll processing.
  • Administer the recruitment process; plan, vacancy advertising, shortlisting, interview arrangement & coordination and interview result notification.
  • Administer the onboarding process for new hires and ensure all new hired detail are registered into the system accordingly.

Job Description

  • Daily user support task; diagnosing, installation, configuration, upgrading, maintenance and troubleshooting of computer hardware, software, system, networks, printer, etc.
  • Provide support for PC desktop, laptop, printers, firewall, internet configuration, access points, WIFI, switches, CCTV, email, antivirus, network system, DNS, photocopy machine, on a daily basis bases on necessity.
