Marketing Executive – Event & Promotion

Job Responsibilities & Requirement

Job Description

Marketing & Sales

•  Achieve targeted KPIs for advertising sales & promotion.

•  Source and close prospective contracts whilst networking and effectively build work relationships.

•  Formulate a quarterly and monthly sales plan with the objective of achieving target sales.

•  Evaluate the effectiveness of the plans and promotions against policies, objectives and target market.

•  Ensure smooth and efficient management of all sales deals from negotiation to installation, adhering to the company’s requirements and standards.

•  Effective communication with tenants on their advertising and promotional needs.

 

Marketing & Event

•  Actively involved in planning and executing all promotional event, for festive, roadshows, events as well as CSR program with the aim to promote Design Village Outlet mall to the neighbourhood.

•  Ensure all marketing, events and promotion activities are executed according to marketing calendar, approved budget.

•  Collaborate with tenants on on-going marketing campaigns and potential sponsorships with the objective to promote brands and support their revenue.

•  Managing and updating information whilst engaging with users on social media sites such as Facebook and Instagram on tenants’ promotions and mall events.

•  Engage and work with influencers and bloggers on social media marketing campaigns and promotion.

•  Track and update management on the effectiveness of each marketing activity

•  Liaise with vendors on all marketing artwork, flyers, promotional banners, contractor and supplier

•  Develop written and editorial content for advertisements

•  Track and analyse competitors’ activities

•  Keep positive relationship local authorities

•  Promote Design Village Outlet Mall to neighbour country and increase mall tourists

 

Position Requirements

Qualifications: Diploma or Bachelor Degree in Marketing, Business or related field.

Experience: Two to three years working experience in relevant field

Skills / Competencies:

•  Creative and PR capabilities.

• Good command of English, BM, both in written and spoken.

•  Computer literate (Word, Excel, power point).

•  Able to work under pressure and tight deadlines.

•  Result-oriented, mature aggressive, self-motivated and able to work independently.

Security Officer

Job Responsibilities & Requirement

Job Description

•  To maintain the highest level of security, safety and customer service standards in accordance with the Company policies and procedures.

•  Support the Security Manager in managing overall security and management of the Mall, including external areas and access roads.

•  Protect the company’s asset from theft, loss, damage and mischief.

•  Assist Security Manager in directing all security staff in executing security operations according to standard procedures, emergency responses and operation of all surveillance and alarm systems.

•  To ensure the efficient operation and maintenance of all surveillance and alarm systems;

•  Responsible for the supervision and administration of the security personnel to ensure instructions are being enforced.

•  Conduct internal investigation.

 

Position Requirements

Qualifications: Possess at least Secondary education level

Experience: Minimum with at least 2 years’ relevant experience in related field

Skills / Competencies:

• Willing to work on shift, weekend and public holidays

• Good communication skills and able to interact with customer

Leasing Executive

Job Responsibilities & Requirement

Job Responsibilities:

• Support Leasing Manager in conceptualizing and implementing the leasing plan for the mall to maximize Mall’s occupancy.

• Responsible for all leasing related administrative works to ensure all documentation are in good order.

• Manage the lease administration through system, maintaining and updating all leasing records including Insurances, Tenants’ Staff Contact List, etc.

• Liaise closely with inter-departments for matters pertaining to fit-out, operations, and insurance including issuance of memos and requisition forms.

• Conduct checks on tenants’ outlets and liaise with tenants on follow-up matters such as merchandize mix, operating hours, cleanliness, faulty furniture/fittings, staff services, leakages, ensure rules and regulation are adhere to and resolve any tenants’ concerns and operations issues if any.

• Assist in conducting market search, in keeping up with market trends and compile information from potential prospect.

• Responsible to show prospective tenants available shopping malls’ space to lease and to response to all leasing enquiries.

• Coordination of fit-out works as and when necessary i.e. fit-out handovers and inspections, hoarding and visual installation.

• Liaise with appointed solicitor for Tenancy Agreement execution and any other legal related issues or documents.

 

Job Requirements:
• Possess Bachelor Degree or Professional Degree preferably in Property Development/Real Estate Management, Marketing, Mass Communication or equivalent.
• Experience within property sales and marketing environment especially in the leasing of retail lots will be an added advantage.
• Possess strong analytical, interpersonal and negotiation skills.
• Efficient, responsible, independent and attentive to details.
• Excellent presentation skills with strong proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Powerpoint.
• Sound knowledge of basic Tenancy and License Agreement terms will be an added advantage.
• Fresh Graduate who has strong brand awareness is encouraged to apply.

Customer Relations Specialist

Job Responsibilities & Requirement

Job Responsibilities:

• Attend to tenant and customers on all enquiries, complaints/feedback and problems with positive attitude and effective communication skills; ensure these are resolved quickly and tactfully.

• Daily routine counter care which includes cleanliness and tidiness of customer lounge, all service equipment are in good condition and functionable and  rental activities of all the equipment.

• Responsible for coordinating the Mall’s customer service survey activities, on-going redemption programme and contest.

• Assist in the Mall’s ongoing event and tourist privilege program as well as tour incentive program.

• Key in relevant data for compiling of different reports.

• Responsible in preparing daily reports which includes incident happens, and other operational reports, accurately and timely.

• Act as First Aider to any incident happened in the Mall.

• Provide Personal Shopper Service for shopper to shop for merchandises/products/brands that are available in the mall.

 

Job Requirements:
1. Possess at least SPM qualification.
2. At least one year’s experience in relevant field.
3. Computer literate.
• Ability to communicate in Bahasa Melayu and English and any other local dialect.
• Pleasant personality and cheerful.
• Willing to work on shift & public holidays.

Marketing Executive – PR

Job Responsibilities & Requirement

Job Responsibilities

• Responsible for communicating overall key messages and promoting a positive image of the company.

• Day to day duties include writing press releases , liaising with local press and coordinating messaging going out on website, social media and in print.

• Develop and engage marketing department to ensure the PR campaign are aligned with all company strategic goals and core values.

Leverage existing media relationships, including broadcast, traditional and online to target the relevant demographic and reach.

• Pitch new ideas and amplify content and social concepts to propel brand awareness while representing the brand voice and staying consistent with current trends and media opportunities.

• Evaluate opportunities for partnerships, sponsorships and advertising on an on-going basis.

Participate and be the face of all social media live event including content copy writing.

• Handle all external media, agency, government and/or customers inquiries, requests and complaints.

 

Job Requirement

• Proven working experience and track record designing and executing successful in Public relations.

• Exceptional writing and editing skills in multiple language i.e Malay, English and Mandarin.

• Solid experience with social media i.e Facebook, Instagram, Tik Tok.

• Degree in Mass Communication, Public Relation or related fields.

Fit Out Admin

Job Responsibilities & Requirement

Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the administration task of the department which included proper filing of drawings, fit-out related documents and correspondence between landlord and tenants.

• Responsible in arranging meetings and follow-up meeting scheduled and meetings minutes.

• Assist Tenancy Design And Fit Out Manager in quotation form internal (procurement) and external (contractor) to ensure no disruption to the fit-out process.

• Assist in coordinating on-going fit out related work when require.

 

Job Requirement:
• At least a Diploma graduates.
• Experienced administrator in Construction firm as added advantages.
• Committed, self-motivated and dependable.

Tenancy Design & Fit Out Executive 

Job Responsibilities & Requirement

Job Responsibilities:

• Perform site inspection for all fit out works in the mall, ensuring all works are done accordance with Landlord’s approved design and statutory authorities regulations.

• Responsible in monitoring fit out progress and follow up with tenants and contractors if there is any delay.

• Ensure the concept and technical documents submission are done within the given time-frame.

• Facilitate meetings and discussions with tenants and contractors. Provide explanation of the design’s comments as and when necessary.

• Responsible for induction meetings arrangement for tenants, designers and workers.

• Assist the Fit-out Manager in preparing drawing using AutoCAD.

• Establish and maintain good Landlord-Tenant relationship, resolve any tenants’ fit out concerns and issues.

 

Job Requirement

• Possess at least Diploma in Interior Design or relevant.

• Minimum 2 years’ working experiences in the relevant area will be added advantage.

• Required skill(s): AutoCAD, Adobe Photoshop.
