Marketing Executive: Event & Promotion

Job Responsibilities

1.Event Planning and Coordination:
• Develop and execute event plans, including timeline, budgets, and resources
• Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure all event logistics are arranged efficiently. I.e, venue, décor, equipments and others.
• Collaborate with others marketing teams to create event marketing strategies and promotional materials
• Conduct research to identify event opportunities, themes and trends that meet our customer base.
• Prepare proposal and plan for potential business partners

 

2.Event Execution:
• Oversee the setup, operation, and breakdown of the event activities, ensure smooth run event.
• Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure meet timeline.
• Manage event invitation, guest lists, RSVPs and on ground engagement during event day.
• Monitor event activities, troubleshoot issues, promptly react to unforeseen challenges that may incurred during events.
• Supervise event staff, part-timer, volunteers, event organizer, providing guidance and support as needed.
• Organize interactive activities, contests, and entertainment programs to enhance shoppers engagement.
• Ensure event comply with all relevant health and safety regulations and guidelines
• Coordinate with relevant authorities to obtain necessary permits and licenses for event

 

3.Post Event
• Collect feedback and evaluate event success or challenges, incorporating insights into future event planning.
• Maintain good rapport with external parties such as government, vendors, sponsor, community, local authorities, others.
• Negotiate partnerships terms to ensuring favorable terms and adherence to budgetary constraints.

 

Job Requirements

1. Qualifications: Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor Degree in Business, Marketing, Mass Communication or relevant.
2. Experience: 2-3 years of working experience in the related field

8. Stakeholder Engagement and Communication:
• Collaborate with tenants, vendors, and stakeholders for coordinated building management.
• Address building services concerns and feedback effectively.
• A member of the fit-out team to review and provide timely technical approvals for the Tenant’s fitting out plans.
• A member of the OSHA team to represent the employer to ensure safety and health compliance.

 

9. Regulatory Compliance and Licensing:
• Obtain, renew, and maintain all necessary building licenses and permits.
• Ensure compliance with building by-laws and legal standards.
• Liaise with government and regulatory bodies for ongoing compliance.
• Conduct audits and inspections, implement corrective actions as needed.
• Maintain accurate records of compliance documents, licenses, permits, and inspections.
• Work with legal advisors and departments to address legal and regulatory issues.

 

10. Prepare relevant reports for respective stakeholders.
• Ensure all daily, monthly and yearly relevant reports are prepare and share with respective stakeholders to resolve issues occurred and further improvement or presentation actions to be taken.

 

11. Innovation and Continuous Improvement:
• Stay abreast of trends and technologies in building services and sustainability.
• Implement innovative solutions to enhance efficiency and customer experience.

 

12. Other duties or special projects assigned by the superior / management.

 

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Facility Management, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
• Proven experience in building services management, preferably in a retail or commercial building setting.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Knowledge of sustainability practices and ESG principles.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong writing, communication and interpersonal skills in English and BM.
• Familiarity with regulatory compliance and building laws.

Customer Relations Specialist

Tenancy Design & Fit Out Coordinator

Job Responsibilities & Requirement

Job Responsibilities:

• Coordinate fit-out projects for the mall, overseeing mechanical and electrical systems to ensure alignment with approved designs and required standards.
• Collaborate with architects, interior designers, contractors, and other stakeholders to mange project timelines and resources effectively to achieve project objectives.
• Conduct site inspections and assessments to ensure compliance with design specifications, safety standards, and regulations.
• Review and provide necessary input on design drawings, layout, and plans submitted by tenant prior to lot possession.
• Conduct feasibility studies and propose innovative solutions to optimize M&E systems for fit-out projects.

 

Job Requirement

• Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture or related field.
• Minimum 3-4 years of experience in related field. Experience in Shopping mall is an added advantage.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, for creating detailed drawings and layouts.
• Knowledge of 3D designing software is an added advantage
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to liaise effectively with various parties.
• Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and industry standards related to interior design & M&E systems.

Technician

Job Responsibilities & Requirement

Job Responsibilities:

• Ensure the optimal operation of building maintenance, including oversight of air-conditioning, electrical and mechanical systems, plumbing, sanitary facilities, grease traps, civil and structural components, and other facility-related equipment.
• Conduct scheduled preventive maintenance and repairs, perform hands-on metal fabrication and installation work, and manage routine inspections to ensure property functionality.
• Maintain accurate records of M&E readings, monitor system performance, and manage on-site service contractors and sub-contractors.
• Supervise and coordinate with contractors for repair and maintenance tasks, respond to emergency breakdowns, and perform scheduled maintenance repairs.
• Undertake various physical maintenance tasks, such as painting, electrical work, plumbing, minor repairs, and servicing, while identifying and escalating potential hazards or damage.
• Adhere to safety regulations, maintain clean work areas, and conduct building patrols to identify and record any hazards or defects.
